Hey guys. I know the patterns doesn’t come as fast as in the beginning. There’s a lot of reasons (none that good).
Firstly I studying to become a Biotechnology Engineer and as you can imagine that can take up quite a few of my crocheting hours. And the work load differs, as I’m writing there’s two days until an exam paper is due.
Secondly I had a knee surgery in november and right now the physical therapy is very intense (and my trainer is very handsome so I’m easily motivated to train, although that’s maybe a silly reason)
Thirdly I’m working on a few larger projects and they just don’t come as fast obviously.

But with that being said, I had some time to crochet this funny little doll with two different hats.

Materials

Crochet hook size 2.5 mm

Yarn used
100 % cotton 8/4
– Grey
– White
– Dusted pink

As always I highly recommend this yarn for cotton projects as it’s a great(!) quality and you can by it in value packs

MillaMia Soft Cotton 10-ball Value Pack

Black and white felting wool + felting needle (for eyes)

Yarn needle for assembling

Stuffing (I just buy a cheap IKEA pillow and use the stuffing from it)

Abbrevations

Crochet doll with hats

The invisible decrease is very easy and gives a very neat finish in so small projects. When you decrease you only use the front loops of the two stitches instead of both loops.

That’s it. I didn’t stitch on my hats, so I can change between them. But if the doll is for a baby I would probably choose one and stitch it on.
