Hey guys.!

So I just whipped up this bobble clutch. The reason for it is rather embarrassing. I had all my everyday-makeup in a plastic bag. Yeah you read right, a plastic bag. I know, I know, it’s terrible. But then my and my best friend had to go to a party and we were getting ready together and she saw my plastic bag and said “Seriously Sara, you crochet so many thing, why on earth do you keep your makeup in a that?”.

And she was so right, so I had to do something about it, hence this crochet bobble clutch.

The finished clutch measures approx. 20 cm x 13 cm (7.9 inch x 5.1 inch)

Materials:

100 % Acrylic yarn
Yardage: 100 g = 350 m (3.5 oz. = 383 yards)
Crochet hook size: 4 mm (US size: G/6, UK size: 8)
3 snap buttons of own choice.

Abbreviations:

All abbreviations are in US terms

Sc = Single Crochet
Bob = Bobble Stitch
Bobble Stitch:
Yarn over, insert the hook in the stitch, yarn over, draw the yarn through the stitch, yarn over, and draw the yarn through 2 loops on the hook, resulting in 2 loops on the hook. *Yarn over, insert the hook in the same stitch, yarn over, and draw the yarn through 2 loops on the hook* (you now have 3 loops on the hook). Repeat *…* 2 more times resulting in 5 loops on the hook, yarn over and draw the yarn through all 5 loops.
